Because I only take on a limited number of clients I wanted to be able to help more people, at a price that is more attainable for most, while still offering enough sessions to see visible changes, and promote habit formation.
You get the benefits of a trainer at a wonderful price while sharing the experience with friends.
My Foundations of Functional Movement Class aka. Ass Classruns on Mondays and Thursdays at 5:15pm with the current semester finishing up June 9th.
This class is all about slow controlled movements and activation of the posterior chain. I focus on all 3 glute muscles, hamstrings, back extensors, rear delta, and CORE.
My Foundations In-Action Class runs Monday’s and Thursday’s at 6:30pm with the current semester finishing June 9th.
This class is a beautiful progression for those ready to add a little more challenge and include some cardiovascular training. I start to use different forms of equipment and specific sequencing of movements to increase challenge and put the foundations into action.

- Private Personal Training: Ideal for clients who are striving to create a consistent fitness routine, and implement daily healthy habits to transform ones lifestyle and wish to do so at home. Each session is designed specifically to the goals of the client and we keep sessions open for body feedback, interests, and small scale goal achievements. My primary goal is to teach and create consistency.
2x a week for 6 weeks = $420
- Programing Package: Ideal for someone already consistent in practice but wants to make sure their program is personalized and the most efficient use of their time. Each package includes assessment session, programming design, long form document, short form document, run through and check in.

2x 60 min sessions
2hr min programing

Gym based Personal Training: I train out of the Creston Community Complex for the RDCK and can be contacted through their website for in gym based PT.
