Where Will You Be in 6 Months?

I have found in my own life that once you begin to change one aspect (like fitness), other areas start to re calibrate themselves. Remember it takes a full 6 months before a new activity becomes integrated into your life to form a true change. That might seem like a long time but really it’s not long at all when you consider what an impact 6 months can have on your life. In just 6 months someone can strengthen their heart enough to lower their resting heart rate, even reverse such things as hypertension or high blood pressure, lower cholesterol, increase insulin sensitivity, decrease feelings of depression, and stress and oh so many other great things! Don’t be intimidated by the length of the process the longer it takes the more permanent the changes will be! You’re building a lifestyle not a trend, something that will grow and evolve with you throughout your life
