
Did you know it takes your body 3 months to completely regenerate its muscle cells! So in three months you have a brand new muscle! This also means it will take 3 months to see true results, no sooner! You can’t lie to your DNA, it keeps track of all that you are doing and will dictate appropriate gains or losses accordingly. The improvements you feel in the first 4-8 weeks is not strength per say but you are actually increasing your neuromuscular connections and activating more muscle fibers. It’s common to hit a plateau around week 8, where it doesn’t seem as though you are improving as quickly as you did at the start. Don’t be discouraged, remember your DNA is keeping score, make sure you’re well in the lead for the best results.
